Quotations

Quotations are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

Additional services or changes to the scope of work may affect the final price.

Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.

We reserve the right to request deposits for certain services or large bookings.

Customer Responsibilities

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service.

We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 5% per month on any outstanding balance.

In the event of non-payment, we may take legal action to recover the amount owed, including but not limited to engaging a collections agency or pursuing legal proceedings.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value may apply.

Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
